Rules for Fin Ops Payment Resolution Email Process

At one time, past due invoice notifications would be sent out of Salesforce by Boomi from a list that Rod Sadberry would provide. We are trying to determine the weighting rules were used in that process to determine which contact to send the email to.

When the functionality was built in Salesforce for the users to self-send the notifications, no rules were put in place and the response rate dropped.
