Generate Incremental Revenue with v5 Commuter SFMC Integration

The data platform team is building a dataset to enable marketing to run email campaigns to v5 commuter eligibles to get them to elect for that benefit and drive incremental revenue. Email campaigns are done out of SFMC and databricks cannot connect directly to that system so we need help from the integrations team.
